Will Smith the power house Hollywood actor is in the hospital. According to DeDe McGuire , Will Smith shoulder is badly injured and , he needs surgery. At this point in time, no one knows how he injured his shoulder or the type of injury. Although Will Smith has taken time to go public about this , Insiders are saying he more then likely will tryto fix his aging problem and may receive some cosmetic surgery.
