Foxy Brown the famous female rapper did not show up to testify against Roshawn Anthony. Foxy ,whose government name is Inga Marchand, was allegedly attacked by Roshawn. Roshawn was release from Rikers island on her own recognizance Thursday due to Marchand not showing up for grand jury hearing. Roshawn says she did not do it and Foxy is saying it never happen.
