Ginuwine has a new album about to be released. Everyone in the entertainment industry knows the process when a new album is about to be released. The artist must do promotional tours or events to help promote the album.
Well, during the 2009 Stone Soul Picnic in DC, Ginuwine was in top performance. The crowd enjoyed his show along with some of the people that protect and server the community or in this case the girls in blue. As Ginuwine was leaving the stage area, the police stopped him. Lucky for Ginuwine , this particular officer of the law was a groupie.
