Pras the famous Fugees member is apart of a new Documentary film titled "Skid Row". The film has opened up in a few select theaters across the country. Pars does a nine days or more on “Skid Row” according to Blacktalentnews.com. The film will shed light on the homeless situation in America. The movie also presents stats about the population of Skid Row. Only 9% of the population of Los Angels County is African American but, African Americans make up almost half of the “Skid Row” population
