Mayor Sheila Dixon is the first female mayor in Baltimore's history. She is a Baltimore native and , she is very proud of it. Recently, the Maryland's state Attorney made a career move on Dixon. He raided her home and found some alleged problems with management of some gift cards. This is the major factor in the state's case against Mayor Dixon.

If we come up to date with the case, the people have found out that Dixon had a little alleged relationship with some rich dude. One has to assume even the Mayor needs to get her grove back every now and then. Dixon's personal alleged booty calls is not public business as long as the two are doing everything legal. Although she received gifts such as a $250 flowers arrangement from an anonymous sender, there is no need to question the gift. People send public officials gifts all the time regardless of gender.

During the trial , according to Afronewevents on twitter, "the Jury ask for the transcripts from the witness testimonies but, the state did not have any". This case is starting to look like a smoking gun. Now, we can ask a few questions. Are the Republicans or powers to be trying to shut Dixon down? Does O'Malley want to control Baltimore again so the developers can have their way like they did when he ruled the land? Did you know 3 of the counts against Dixon were dropped because the state did not question the witness and , a motions to dismiss the case was stopped after the counts were dropped?

Everything is starting to look very "shady" in the case against the first African American Woman Mayor in Baltimore.
