The IPAD is competing against the netbooks much like Microsoft entering the netbook market because linux started to show up on them. Although the IPAD harddrive size is not as big as the netbook, Apple feels it is a great product. It maybe for some but don't drop it. The touch screen may not work anymore.
If you think the IPAD is for you, it will arrive in America on Saturday April 3. It does have WIFI on some modes and maybe a broadband modem. The price of the IPAD is 499 which is still more then a netbook at Walmart.
