Network head tells Anderson he is not funny

K-ville is a hot new show on television. One of the lead characters in the show is Anthony Anderson. Although Anderson loves comedy, he seems to be slipping or not at the top of the funny bone chart. Some may see him as more a loud mouth who had too much to drink. Well, lucky for Anderson and all the years of actor training paid off, the network executives saw him as a better fit for a drama serious. Anderson , who needs a check, made the following statement. "I had really wanted to get back in the half-hour world and have some fun," Anderson said. "But it's hard to argue with the president of a network who wants to cast you as the lead of a drama."
