If you know hip hop history, you know about BET network. You know the effect BET had on hip hop. Well, one of the historical figures of BET early days was Prime aka Hans Dobson. Dobson hosted the BET flag ship show Rap City before ,there was a 106 and Park.
Well, yours truly aka Streetroachics.com street team found Hans in the DC area. He was at a PE (Public Enemy)concert at the 9:30 club.
