If you keep up with pop culture authors such as Helena Andrews, you know she got alot of press recently and , a new book out. Well, Andrews has a list of critics that keep a watch on her. Andrews may call these critics aka "haters". Although Andrews book may never see the light of day in the movies, she has been able to hold down writing gigs all over the internet at popular sites.

Many people do not know that Andrews had beef with Sheila Bridges. If you don't know Sheila Bridges, she is a famous African American interior designer and leader of Sheila Bridges Designs.

Well, allegedly Andrews wrote some stuff about Bridges in her book and ,Bridges did not like it but , Andrews forgot she signed a contract agreement.

You see Bridges allegedly fired Andrews for being young dump and full of internet all day at work. This information came to light in a recent article on Blacksnob.com . Basically, Andrews had to write an apology letter and kiss Bridges sexy bold head.

The back drop story is the start of this Bytiches brew. The comments at the site is were the drama start to get heated.

I am sure you guys know Christelyn Karazin. Well, If you don't, we should go down memory lane. Christelyn Karazin is the No Wedding No Womb broad and b class journalist. Well, Karazin is slowly killing her movement with actions like these over at blacksnob.com.

Christenly Karazin on the article
Quite the scoop, Danielle. At least now I know why Andrews ignores all my emails. I'm simply too hairy.

comments address to Kazazin on snob No Christelyn...you're simply to much of the type trying to ride on the coattails of someone else's name...

Now ,the owner of the blog gets into it. Fellas , if you met Danielle Belton, she has nice hips ,lips and tits. I would smash but , I am married. The question is the ax grinding Belton does on Andrews.

Comments from Belton:
If you've read that particular chapter the problem with it is that Andrews makes blanket statements about Bridges, but doesn't necessarily produce information to back up those particular claims. That was the greater problem. You can call someone psycho, but at some point you have to offer the goods on why this person is actually psychotic. In the chapter, Andrews admits she wasn't that good at her job and was fired. You got the impression that any frustration on Bridges' part was possibly due to her performance. Andrews goes into details that she spent a lot of the time on instant messenger, chatting with friends. So, honestly, maybe Bridges could have done something beyond the pale, but in the book she really didn't offer much more than Bridges sounding very, very frustrated with her performance.

response to stalking Andrews by Christenly Karazin
Oh boy. It seems my attempt at humor in all this (perhaps the aloplecia joke was in poor taste) ruffled some feathers. But I assure you I do not need to "stalk" Ms. Andrews. One friendly email unanswered; hey--those are the breaks, right?

Christenly Karazin opinion on black business and black employees
Co-signing Bertie. Just because an employee is black and the supervisor is black does not entitle you to preferential treatment or the right to slack because, "hey, we're all in it together" attitude. This is a big problem. It's not how the real world works. And as an aside, how about proprietors of black-owned businesses? How would they be able to thrive if every employee expected to be mollycoddled?

a response to Bridges attitude and mollycoddled
Are we living on the same planet year 2010? Have you worked in the real world in a job in the past 10 years? I have been in the HR field and there is a BIG difference in being laid off and fired, trust me. Most people especially in this economy have been laid off at least once, by no fault of their own due to off shoring etc… In fact the hiring manager may feel sorry for you if your position was off shored to India etc… if you are fired HR has the right to say that you are no longer hirable by your ex-company and you do not get unemployment. If you are laid off HR will say that you are re-hirable and you receive unemployment benefits. If your last employer says that you are not re-hirable then it will be very difficult for you to get a decent job especially as a minority. If you are ever in the position to be fired fight it do not allow them to fire you, it is too difficult to explain that away on an interview, unless the interviewer is related to your best friend. LOL Also it is not coddling to do the right thing, treat all people with respect, be a good manager by mentoring, training and not allowing personality mismatches to cloud your better judgment. We are all here equal on this Earth and everyone deserves respect. It really makes me sick when people put on airs and mistreat others that they perceive as in a lower position. Do you really expect people to perform consistently well when they are not being treated with the respect due to a living being? I wouldn’t treat a dog as badly as I have seen some of these managers treat their subordinates. In the end they reap what they sow.

In short, Andrews still has women brewing over her book.
