Everyone knows about the tsunami-stricken nuclear complex in Japan by now. Radiation exposure is a big concern in many places across the world. For example, Japan's food exports are being shutdown because of radiation leaks around the Fukushima Daiichi area.

Many people are unaware of commercial airlines being washed down after landing in their destination. The reason for the washing down of the commercial airlines is due to their flight path over Japan.

The washing down of the airplanes requires the airline maintenance crew to put on special suits and not use to much water on the plane that would run on the tar mate. After the men have completed their task, they must undress in the showers and , once they have been checked, they can go home for the day.

It appears this radiation leak is traveling around the world fast and in different ways.
