People lined up at 4:30am at Houston's Miller Outdoor Theater

Every year in Houston the city holds annual even titled Motown Revue. The event singers are local talent in the Houston metro area and, the event draws a large crowd.
In the 2011, the people that wanted to attend the free concert lined up at 4:30am in the morning to get covered seats the day of the show although the lawn seats are free too. The event started at 8pm therefore the sun was not an issue. The view of the park and back drop of the museums gave the show a very lovely look.
