O Malley looks out for the little man

O'Malley makes promise to stop employers from beating workers out of their money. This is a big problem for day labors. Some of the companies that use day labors have used various tricks and schemes to avoid keep promises made to the people that work there. The list of tricks are as follows. The employer may write bad checks, not fully pay the labor person, most perform more work outside agreement, don't pay over time or they charge illegal deductions. The driving organization behind this is CASA of Maryland. O'Malley plans to expand enforcement to punish employers who deny workers their pay.
