The streets are talking and , they are saying protest. Supporters for Nicole Spence plan to protest in front of the building of WBLS. The protesters want Williams off the air. They are upset with the fact that Spence has been pressured to leave WBLS and was put under alleged sexual harassment and mental abuse by Williams' husband Kevin “da Animal” Hunter.
Although there is a major back drop to Williams' drama, she still may come out on top. Williams a has other deals in the works. One reason for these other deals is PPM or Personal People Meter. This radio device was going to threaten Wendy Williams' job anyway. Although it is used as a marketing tool, it is a major threat to urban radio and various radio formats across the country. Some say the radio industry has changed and Williams' style has faded.
