Lindsay Lohan: Can she pay her bills?

The A-list actress Lindsay Lohan is once again in the news, but it's not concerning her drug problems. On Monday, David Kim, the alleged former bodyguard for Lohan, filed a lawsuit against the actress for $55,000 for breach of contract, fraud, violation of labor laws, and emotional distress. He claims that after several conversations and numerous text messages he was hired to provide 24-hour personal security to Lohan at a rate of $4,000 a week and never received payment.
The lawsuit states that Kim worked for Lohan from October 13, 2006 until he resigned on March 10, 2007. During his employment he accompanied Lohan to industry events, protected her from fans and paparazzi, and paid gratuities to the staff and valets at venues where the actress partied out of his own pocket, never being reimbursed or paid for his services. Although Kim had no written contract, he claims to have saved various text messages and emails from Lohan's camp.
Representatives for Lindsay Lohan are denying the fact that they even know Kim. "I'm not aware of that bodyguard. I've never even heard of that person."
