According to Chocolate News, Steve Harvey maybe a coon. Chocolate News is the new Comedy Central show. The show is hosted by David Alan Grier. Grier is best known for his roles on In Living Color. Harvey is a syndicated radio host and famous comic. Harvey is best known for his role on his on television show the Steve Harvey Show.
Although Harvey maybe more of house hold name then Grier, Grier's new show made fun of Harvey suits. If you look at the comic jab at the suits and the presentation of the joke, one can come to a safe conclusion that Grier implied that Harvey has been embarrassing black folk by wearing his Steve Harvey Suit collection.
The joke was setup by telling black folk not to do anything stupid before the Presidential election that was held on Nov 4. Grier listed a few famous black folk and their habits and ask them to stop until the election was over. Although Harvey wore his collection and Obama still won the Presidential race, Grier joke was so close to the edge. People have to be surprise that no big issues came from it.
