If you did not know by now, Barack Obama and Hill Harper were friends while attending Harvard Law School. It is alleged that Hill Harper and Barack Obama were shooting basketball on Nov 4 ,2008 in the early part of the day. Well, as Obama prepares to lead the free world, Hill Harper , Tom Arnold, and Robinne Lee have a new movie that will be released on January 20, 2009. The Title of the DVD and VOD movie is "This is Not a Test".
