Was Mo'Nique fired from her syndicated show. At this point time, the answer is unknown , but rumors has it all the radio shows that Mo'Nique host will be canceled. The comic has had great success in your entertainment career and ,everyone is sure she will continue to do so.

This drama has two folds to it. The first part is an alleged bi sexual management person at 100 beat in Philly that has alot of kids. The un named source made the following comments.
had done nothing for that station but hire all his gay cronies...and while i have no problem with the gayness...why was his car parked in the parking lot at 4am 2wks ago and his office door was ajar and the promotions guy was in his office as well, in the dark and when the door was knocked on the guy yelled out,"I'm workin' in here"..C'mon if someone knocks on ur office door at 4am and ur inside, you are GONNA open it up just to see who else is at the station at that time of the morn. NOT THEM!!! (side bar comment: wow talk about desktop pimping) They just kept on sucking and what not...just nasty..he thinks by knocking his wife up every season we won't know that he's bi? Sure glad he got fixed after this last baby! He was sooo pissed off that his wife was prego agin, that he went and had a vasectomy! He told me so!

Ok , The next drama still comes out of 100 Beat in Philly. Every office in the country has an office romance and there is nothing wrong with it. It happens but, when you start messing with the money, this is when the drama unfolds.
These allegations were made in a leaked email that Streetroachpics.com got his hands on.

) The GM Andrew Rosen is having a unprofessional intimate relationship with the LSM Florence Joyce. The two have been spotted together by many employees outside of work. Also make inappropriate comments to one another in front of team members, making employees uncomfortable. Andrew Rosen also has a track record through employment of having intimate relationships with subordinates. 2) Due to this relationship Florence Joyce is able to create and cause problems affecting the entire staff at Radio One Philadelphia, issues such as hostile environment, preferential treatment, and harassment. 3) Through the intimate relationship between Florence Joyce and Andrew Rosen, Florence Joyce has been able to show favoritism to family members and friends she has hired and some who were there before her hire. Through unfair and over generous account shifting, and unequal performance expectations. 4) LSM misrepresented her managerial experience through interview process, a combination of lack of experience and inappropriate relationship with GM has enabled the work environment 5) Florence Joyce is also through this relationship allowed to harass employees through other departments and accusations, while never going to their department directly, instead going to GM, which creates stress and interdepartmental communications problems. 6) GM has unfairly tormented and tortured qualified employees pushing them out the door to open slots for less effective and less qualified employees who happen to have worked with Florence Joyce. A careful examination of billing history will substantiate this fact. 7) GM paid Clear Channel employees who were friends of Florence Joyce while they were sitting out non-competes to hire them. Tracy Coleman 8) Management unethical standards have resulted in decreased billing in the marketplace. 9) Management has misrepresented billing to corporation, through things such as call a thons that produce false numbers that never go into the system, which results in unearned rewards for favored workers. 10) Management does not train new employees resulting in high turnover. 11) All of these circumstances have lead to the loss of effective. Managers whose tenure with Radio One was longstanding and with good track records. 12) Inappropriate shifting of billing accounts to satisfy over generous guarantees to under qualified employees who cant handle accounts, resulting in loss of income to qualified employees who built accounts resulting in loss of income to employee and loss of revenue to company. This is done in order to satisfy guaranty of ineffective employees at the expense of effective employees and at the expense of the corporation.
Oh no guess what there is a smoking gun. Someone confirmed the email was sent and that are family members of the sales manager.

First and foremost just because you see two employees spending time together outside of the office does not mean they are sleeping together. Second of all who are you to judge someones job unless you are completely jealous of the accomplishments she has made and is WAYYYYYYYY ahead of where you will ever be. Do not put someone on front street online. If you feel so strongly about Florence and Andrew confront them yourself. How childish can you be to speak on behalf of someones life online. You do understand this is slander and defamation of character which is illegal and can result in a nice fat lawsuit. And I hope and pray every night that you get in return exactly what you deserve for doing this. Florence Joyce is my aunt as well as my god mother and I respect her and am so proud of all the success she has made in her life. Whoever wrote this should be very ashamed of themselves. If anyone reading this knows Florence you know that none of this is true. She is a kind hearted and well loved person. Florence will do anything for anyone. As far as family working in the same office HEY THATS CORPORATE AMERICA. My only advice to the "CHILD" that wrote this is........Grow up and stop being so jealous this above is a common high school act and you just made your self look real immature. Congratulations sick and tired the only thing you have accomplished is that after the appropriate action has been taken the only thing you have accomplished is securing their financial future NAMED AND UN NAMED. Maybe you should look up to those and follow in their footsteps. You may make it somewhere in life besides an internet website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok first of all Florence is my aunt not my sister. Second of all right, wrong or indifferent I will defend her no matter what the accusations are. These statements are not only untrue but they are coming from some coward, like yourself, who can not even post their real name. As you see the two people who wrote on Florences behalf both spoke their real names with nothing to hide. Everything will eventually come to a head. Now in reference to OUR family issues that is none of your business nor any one elses. And as an adult if you know anything, you would know true facts.......keep your personal life out of the work place deal with it on your time not the clocks. As for the spouses as I stated in my last reply if you have something to say speak it to them as a grown adult not on a gossip website. I will defend my family through thick and thin as long as you LOSERS are getting on a website and calling them out. Now for Florence not having class, you must not know her that well. Florence has more class than half the people working in radio one. Dont come online and slander my family and expect no one to say anything. Once again STOP HIDING BEHIND A COMPUTER AND SPEAK TO HER YOUR SELF. OR AT LEAST STOP BEING A COWARD AND STATE YOUR REAL NAME "SB". This is all a joke!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know if Florence has class but, if this is true, she has a hell of an ass.
