Lt Andrew P Marshall was a Black fighter pilot during World World II. This graduate of the Tuskegee Airman was shot down in Greece but , he avoided capture. The amazing part of this story is Lt Marshall was shot down and all that was left was the engine and himself.

Lt Marshall was able to avoid being capture by the Nazi because the Greeks hid him from the Nazi and , he later was able to reunite with his flight unit after finding the British forces.
