Joe Madison is an American legend, but where is he. Joe Madison aka the Black Eagle and a 60’s civil right’s activist has not been on the air lately. Madison is on DC WOL 1450 am and XM-169 the power from coast to coast shore to shore however the slogan goes. Joe Madison background ranges from executive management at the NAACP, saving the NAACP image wards, stopping slavery in various counties and the list goes on as far as the crusades Joe Madison has taken part. Joe’s fill in for now has been Sunny James. Some say Sonny James is a made black woman according to DCRTV.com although there is no proof of this of Sunny being a mad black women.
