Kweisi Mfume shows no love for Civil Rights Staff Writer 2007-02-06 .www.streetroachpics.com . According to DCRTV.Com, Kweisi Mfume and Dr Richards , who is Morgan State University President, had a WEAA radio station host removed. WEAA is a public radio station own and operated by Morgan State University. The host that was removed was Tyrone Powers. Mr Powers did a talk show on WEAA which was pulled. The reason the show was pulled according to Powers was because of Martin O'Malley. Powers has raised questions to O'Malley administration and this what he believes lead to his show being pulled. Powers feels that with Mfume's influences along with Dr. Richards the show was pulled. One would has to assume that Mfume along with the current Maryland State administration and Morgan State University administration that freedom of speech does not exist. Tags:
