'What we have here is a failure to communicate”, One would say that statement is ironic being that this article is based on the radio or entertainment industry. Many people know Micheal Baisden as an author and a new syndicated radio host across the country. It appears to some people outside looking in that Baisden has happy listeners and happy PD otherwise known as program directors.

If this is the case, that everyone is happy. Why is Baisden missing from his show. I am sure everyone has noticed the reruns and the fill in of the big shot Doug Banks. I don't recall Baisden going on vacation. The average syndicated show cost 150,000 a month. This means your local radio station has to pay the Bad Boy of radio 150,000 a month to have his show aired in your area. For this money, you get Baisden format of mostly talk and no music format. The music is left up to Baisden.

Rumors has it that Baisden is on suspension because of the content of his show or not following the Pd's request to play more music. Baisden airs in over 60 stations. Allegedly he is having major problems with ABC and the Pd's of the local stations. This story is steal developing and his fans will have to wait till Monday to see how he address the current problem..
