According to the Washington Post's style section, Ms Wayne said DMX is lying about the rape slander . Ms Wayne plans to file a 6 million dollar defamation of character suit . According to the Washington Post, DMX was told by his lawyer not to give comment on the subject. Ms Wayne said she met DMX at LOVE night club , which was previous known as Dream, and they spent the night at Hotel Helix. The next day the two went shopping, ate, played pool at Hains Point. Ms Wayne also states that he provided her with tickets to shows. Ms Wayne is currently receiving 5000 a month in child support. Ms Wayne filed the law suit because of added pressure people asking her a lot of a question , family members and her new celebrity status.
