Maia Campbell from “In the House” is BeBe Moore Campbell’s daughter. BeBe has been on the best selling author list. She created the following books “Brother and Sister” and “What You Owe Me”. Campbell also had success as a journalist. She wrote for the New York Times, Washington Post and her voice has been apart of CNN and Public Radio. She died of brain cancer this week.

Brief Bio: BeBe Moore Campbell grew up on Philadelphia but her parents ended their marriage therefore ,she spent the school year with her mother and the summers with her father. BeBe graduated from University of Pittsburgh and started a career in teaching before she started her writing career.
