She is giving women advice on how to find a person that will benefit the woman and help a relationship last. She suggests that women check the credit reports of the person that they plan to make a commitment too. Michelle has stated on the Tavis Smiley show that the book is a guide to help relationships last being that so many people have had failed relationships once finances hit the picture.
