Well, If you don’t know who Russ Parr is, I will tell you.

the radio one family . Russ Parr is heard in at least 45
markets ranging from population sizes of 500k to 4 million. One would
say his listening base is at least 3 million people every day. I
would say this makes Russ Parr and his crew celebrities. He
has 3 million people listing to his voice and
programming at least 280 days out of the year.
Russ Parr with Radio One and sponsors gives an annual back to
school tour to benefit the community . The back to school tour
provides free entertainment at different venues through out the
country. This is a flagship operation for Radio One for
the 12 to 30 market. Well as you know fans are either happy or
upset. At the event streetroachpics notices some fans and artist
greeting and smiley but to some fans this was not enough.
For example, people were upset because even some of the less known
artist were not giving autographs and a few of the larger or more
