Barbra Streisand and others were at the Kennedy Center the day before the big show down. The big show is the 2008 Kennedy Center Honors on December 7 , 2008 in Washington DC. The Honorees are Barbra Streisand, Morgan Freeman, George Jones and Twyla Tharp along with Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey. This is a big annual event in the DMV. The event brings in big Hollywood names, International Diplomats, and the President of the United States.
