There are many amazing things in the world to see. One of them could be seeing a beautiful women transcend into leaders in front of your eyes. Many people may see a pretty face and other qualities at any beauty pageant until the women are allowed to speak. This was the case with Miss DC USA and Miss DC Teen USA 2009 pageant. All the contestants allowed the audience to see this on Dec 7, 2008. Although everyone could not win the contest, all the ladies and teens redefined the word a beautiful. There are pictures below of the new winners along with some celebrity guest in the audience.
